It got accounting systems with marketing bolted on, and a dozen point tools to cover the gaps. Every gap is a renter who clicked, waited, and leased somewhere else. VibeSites is the website product inside MultiHub, built AI-native from the first line of code. Describe what you want and VibeSites codes it and ships it: on brand, accessible, and in sync with your PMS and your whole stack. Tell VibeSites what you want, in plain language. Point at the exact section you mean by clicking it. VibeSites writes real code in a reviewable draft. Not a template shuffle, and never straight to your live site. Every AI change is validated against your property’s actual data schema before it counts as done. 77 rules deep. Preview the change, accept or reject it, publish when ready. Every publish is captured, and any previous version can be restored in one action. And you choose the AI model doing the work: faster, or most capable, per edit. Every VibeSite inherits down a chain: base theme, then company theme, then the property site. An improvement made at the base reaches every site that inherits it. No per-site updates, no migration project, nothing breaking on the way. Search is changing faster than it has in fifteen years. Portfolios whose sites were built one at a time re-do that work site by site. Here it is one change, made once. VibeSites was engineered with AI at the center of how sites get built, edited and managed. It is not a content management system with an AI feature added later. The difference shows: the AI writes code you can watch, preview, accept or reject. Its work is checked against your own property data before it counts as done. And nothing goes live until a person says so. Every change lands as a draft with a plain-language log of what the AI did. You hold the accept button. 77 validation rules stand between an AI edit and your site. Pin a comment to any element on the page. One click turns it into an AI change, ready for review. VibeSites does not accommodate every industry, because it was never asked to. It builds multifamily company sites and multifamily property sites, with the guardrails, schema and proptech integrations the category actually runs. Prerendered static HTML at the edge. Open view-source on any live site. Schema.org ApartmentComplex and LocalBusiness on every property. Pages built for the searches renters actually run: near a hospital, with a dog park, two bedrooms with a garage. A machine-readable index of every site, written for AI crawlers at build. Open /llms.txt on any live site. Accessibility provisioned automatically in every publish. First-party components for the tools multifamily actually runs: chatbots, tour schedulers, floor plan and map tools, call tracking, ad pixels. Property content lives in one record in MultiHub, and every field in it has a source of truth you chose. Change a special offer once and every surface that reads the record follows: the property site, the landing page, the corporate site’s property card. And the two things renters punish sites for getting wrong stay current on their own: pricing and availability update on the live site without a republish, and tour times come from your CRM at the moment a renter looks. The MultiHub MCP connects your AI assistant to your own portfolio. Ask for last month’s performance as a CSV. Change a special offer and set its expiration. Ask which properties need attention next month. The record answers, because the record is where everything already lives. Peek AI Discovery Black Book, 2nd edition, June 2026. Independent and citable. AI referral traffic, up more than 10x year over year. AI-referral leads year over year: form submits and scheduled tours. 200+ multifamily companies. 8,000+ properties. 2 million+ units. Over 95% deploy success. Every publish restorable. Up to 25 entrants, applications open until October 9. Repli spent years running multifamily marketing by hand for the biggest names in the business. Sites drifted from their own themes. A small structural request cost three to six weeks. A special offer changed and three surfaces needed three hand edits, and one always got missed. The roadmap belonged to someone else. So we built our own platform, and every pillar on this page is one of those problems, solved. Bring a property. Leave with a build you watched happen. Three bedrooms, near the medical district, dog park on the roof… --- ## Search — SEO for multifamily websites, built in. | MultiHub URL: https://www.multihub.io/search SEO built into every VibeSite, pages built for the searches renters actually run, and Search Console plus AI referral reporting in one place. Sections: Get found by renters. And by the AIs they ask. · AI search isn’t a prediction. It’s a line in your report. · Built to be read by machines. · Technical SEO you never have to remember. · Pages for the way renters actually search. · Every query, every click, one login. · The platform measures. The team moves the needle. · See what your properties earn from search. Renters find their next home through Google, and now through ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. MultiHub builds every VibeSite to be legible to all of them, writes the local pages renters actually search for, and puts every click, query and AI referral in one report. AI referral traffic, year over year. Leads from AI referrals, year over year. Organic search clicks across tracked property sites, last 12 months. Appearances in Google search results, last 12 months. Measured in MultiHub reporting. AI referral figures compare July 2026 with July 2025. Renters ask ChatGPT for apartments the way they used to ask Google. MultiHub treats that traffic as what it is: a channel. A dedicated AI Traffic report shows referrals from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot and Meta AI, with users, sessions and leads, by source and by property. Not buried in a rollup. Counted, compared and exportable. Every VibeSite publishes a machine-readable index of itself for AI crawlers, generated at build from the property’s own record, alongside its sitemap and robots.txt. Every page, titled and described. Open any live site at /llms.txt and read it yourself. Every site VibeSites ships is prerendered static HTML, served from the edge, readable by any crawler with JavaScript off. View source and check. Structured data comes standard, and none of it is hand-typed: Schema.org markup for the property, the address, the reviews, the amenities, the floor plans, the pricing, the availability and the offers, all written from the property record. When the record changes, the next build rewrites the markup to match. Thirty-eight SEO title and description fields across nineteen page types. Sitemaps, canonicals and robots files generated on every build. Redirects managed in MultiHub, down to bulk CSV import, and baked in at publish. None of it is a plugin. None of it is a checklist. It ships with the site. Nobody types “apartment.” Renters search for a two bedroom near the hospital where they just took a job, walking distance to the park, on the light rail line. MultiHub generates a landing page for each: your amenities, your floorplans, and the schools, hospitals, parks and transit stops around your property. Each page arrives with its own title, description and copy, written from your property’s record, as a draft your team reviews before it goes anywhere. Then MultiHub shows you what those pages earn, in a report built just for them. Search Console reporting lives inside MultiHub: clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position, by device, over time, for every property. The keyword table holds the queries renters actually typed. Search it, sort it, export it. Google Business Profile sits beside it: calls, direction requests, website clicks, map and search views. And because it’s MultiHub, your search numbers live next to your campaigns, your leads and your site performance. One record. One login. No tab farm. AI visibility benchmarking and optimization are delivered by your Repli team: how your portfolio shows up in the answers renters get, measured property by property against the wider web, with the moves to make next. It’s the same team the industry’s own data ranks first. In the Peek AI Discovery Black Book, 2nd edition (June 2026), Repli is the top-ranked website vendor for AI visibility. AI Visibility Benchmark. Prepared by your Repli team · Property by property, against the wider web The Wren at Medical District Bring one property. We’ll show you its search picture in MultiHub, and what the AIs already say about it. --- ## Campaigns — Multifamily ad reporting. | MultiHub URL: https://www.multihub.io/campaigns Your Repli team runs the campaigns. Every dollar and every lead shows up in MultiHub: Google and Meta ads reporting, $13M+ in client ad spend traced to the dollar. Sections: Every dollar, in plain sight. · We run the campaigns. You see everything. · Your ads land on pages we build. · Every dollar accounted for. · Every touch, on the record. · Run by people who only do multifamily. · See where your ad spend goes. Your Repli team runs the campaigns. You watch every dollar trace to leads in MultiHub, campaign by campaign, property by property. in client ad spend, traced to the dollar, in the last twelve months. Most managed ad spend disappears into a black box and comes back as a monthly PDF. That is the part we removed. Your campaigns are run by a team that works in one industry, for hundreds of properties, every day. And everything they do lands in MultiHub as it happens: the spend, the clicks, the leads, the cost of each one. Nothing summarized after the fact. Nothing you have to ask for. An ad is only as good as the page it lands on. A property website has many jobs: residents, applicants, search engines, the brand. A paid click has one. It is a renter who searched, clicked, and wants pricing, availability, photos and a way to reach you. So we do not send that click to a busy homepage. It lands on a dedicated landing page built and hosted on VibeSites: your brand, your offer, your floorplans, written from the same property record as the rest of your marketing, with nothing between the renter and the form. And that form feeds the same lead pipeline as your website, tagged as a landing page lead, traced like everything else in MultiHub. Repli has run paid search to landing pages since day one. Now the pages build themselves. Google Ads reporting lives inside MultiHub: spend, clicks, impressions, leads, cost per click and cost per lead, portfolio wide and property by property. Campaign breakdowns, top performers, keyword and ad copy detail. Totals cover every campaign type, Performance Max included, so the number you see is the whole number. Meta campaigns — Facebook and Instagram — are measured in the same place: spend, reach, clicks and cost per lead. Compare any period to the one before it. Search any table. Export anything. A renter rarely clicks an ad and applies the same hour. They come back through Google, a listing site, the ad again. Multifamily CRMs hold one lead source; renters touch many. MultiHub records the referrer chain and session events behind every web lead, so you can open any lead and read the path that produced it, touch by touch. And when that lead is delivered to your CRM, it is attributed by replaying the visitor’s actual history against the marketing sources configured in your own PMS. The team behind your campaigns spent years running multifamily marketing by hand for the biggest names in the business. Strategy, budgets, creative, optimization: handled, by people who know what a lease is worth. And because it is the same company that builds MultiHub, the reporting is not a courtesy. It is where the work happens. Bring one property. We will show you its campaigns in MultiHub, down to the dollar. --- ## Performance — Multifamily marketing reporting. | MultiHub URL: https://www.multihub.io/performance Marketing reporting built into MultiHub: website traffic, Google Business Profile, reviews, ads and search on one property record. Included with MultiHub. Sections: Know what’s working. All of it, in one place. · Reporting is not a link to somewhere else. · Your accounts. Whoever built the site. · From portfolio to property in two clicks. · Built to be right, not big. · Measured before they ever reach your website. · Your data will take questions now. · See your whole picture. Marketing reporting built into the platform, not linked out of it. Traffic, engagement, Google Business Profile, reviews, ads and search on one property record, behind one login. Reading your data wherever it lives. Yours to open, export, query, or just ask. Renter sessions measured, last twelve months. First-time site visitors, last twelve months. Renter actions from Google Business Profiles, last twelve months. Live reports, one login. Measured in MultiHub reporting, trailing twelve months. For most of this industry, marketing reporting means a BI-tool link and someone else’s login. We rebuilt ours into the platform: its own reporting service, its own warehouse, every page verified against the numbers it replaced. Twenty-plus live datasets feed fifteen-plus reports: website traffic and engagement, Google Business Profile, reviews and reputation, your ad campaigns, your search picture. Scoped to your portfolio, your company, or a single property. Sitting beside your sites, your leads and your property record, because it is built on the same one. Campaigns has its own page. So does Search. The deep stories live there; the numbers live here, together. Performance reporting reads your accounts, not just our work. Connect Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, Google Business Profile, Meta and your reputation monitoring, with guided setup and per-integration status in the console, and the reports fill in. It does not matter who built your websites or who runs your ads: if the data is yours, MultiHub will report it. And reporting is included with MultiHub. Not a module. Not a paid add-on. Website reporting reads your portfolio the way you run it. Start with the overview: new users, sessions, engagement, events, trended over any period. Then drill: the same numbers property by property with honest totals, channel by channel, page by page, city by city. See which channels bring renters, which pages hold them, and which properties earn their traffic. Compare any period to the one before it, or to the same period last year. Search any table. Export any table to CSV. Print any report. Distinct users are not additive. Sum a month of daily user counts and you count the same renter thirty times: it is the easiest mistake in analytics, and the most flattering one. MultiHub refuses it. User counts come from dedicated distinct-user data at every grain, day, week and month. Portfolio totals are deduplicated before they are footed. And where an honest number cannot be computed, the report shows a dash instead of a flattering guess. Before a renter sees your website, they see your Google Business Profile: the map pin, the photos, the buttons. MultiHub reports what that listing produces: clicks to your website, calls, direction requests, and views across Google Maps and Search, for any property, trended over time. And beside it, your reputation as a number you can manage: a score from 0 to 1,000 per property, with the signals behind it, review volume, recency, response rate, listing accuracy. A ranked table shows which properties shine and which need attention. For properties on reputation monitoring, it all lands in the same login as everything else. Every number on this page is also yours to pull. Generate an API token in the console and query your reporting data over GraphQL: the same datasets behind these reports, scoped to exactly what you can already see, documented in a playground with a run button. Wire it into your own BI stack if you have one. Or skip the query language. Connect your AI assistant to the MultiHub MCP and ask in plain language: which properties gained traffic last month, which channels brought them, how this quarter compares to last. Your data was always yours. Now it answers. Bring one property. We will open its reports in MultiHub and walk through what they say, number by number. --- ## Leads — Every web lead, delivered to your CRM. | MultiHub URL: https://www.multihub.io/leads Every form, tour request and ad lead flows through MultiHub into the CRM you connect, with the referrer chain and campaign parameters behind every web lead. Sections: Every lead, delivered. Every touch, counted. · Never lose a lead. · It goes where your team already works. · Set it up once. See it working. · Your CRM credits one source. Renters use several. · It shows up ready to work. · Bring us one property. We will show you its leads. A renter fills in a form, asks for a tour, or answers an ad. MultiHub captures it before anything else happens, routes it into the CRM you connect, and keeps the record behind every web lead: every page that renter saw on the way there, and the sources that sent them. Renter leads captured in the last twelve months. Session events behind 45M+ first-party sessions. Measured in MultiHub. Web-generated leads: forms, tour requests and digital ad leads. The moment a renter hits submit, MultiHub has the lead. Not after your CRM answers. Not after anything downstream succeeds. The lead is written down first, and only then does MultiHub go and do the rest of the work. That ordering is the whole point. A CRM that is slow, busy or offline cannot cost you the lead, because the lead was never waiting on it. And when MultiHub sends that lead to more than one place, each destination is handled on its own, so one of them having a bad afternoon does not touch the others. MultiHub has native integrations with Entrata, Yardi RentCafe, Knock, AnyoneHome, and EliseAI, plus delivery into any CRM that accepts inbound email leads. So the answer to “do you work with ours” is yes, whichever one you run. Native integrations get built as customers need them. That is how every one of them got here. Nobody changes CRMs to work with MultiHub. Every CRM connection lives in MultiHub, per property or across a whole company at once. Turn routing on or off, hold the credentials in one place, and choose which source each capture surface reports as. Where the CRM publishes its own list of marketing sources, MultiHub reads that list back when you save and will not let you pick one it does not recognize. Then open any lead and see where it was sent, which connection carried it, and exactly what came back. If a send failed, the error is there in plain sight, and you can run it again yourself. A renter finds you on Google, comes back through a listing site, sees the ad again, then fills in the form a week later. Your CRM has one field for where that lead came from, so it picks one and the rest disappears. MultiHub keeps all of it. Behind every web lead is the ordered list of pages that renter saw, the sites that sent them, and the campaign parameters they arrived on. And on a CRM that can take it, MultiHub puts that record to work: deliver a lead into Yardi RentCafe and it is credited by replaying the renter’s own history against the source list your Yardi property already keeps, skipping any source you have retired. The lead does not arrive as a wall of form fields. Name, email, bedrooms, move-in date and the message all land in the right places, and the lead is tagged as a website lead, a landing-page lead or an ad lead, so nobody on your team has to guess which one it was. Renters type move-in dates like people, not like databases. “In a week.” “By the end of October.” MultiHub reads those and turns them into a real date, and when a date is genuinely ambiguous it leaves the field empty rather than inventing one. One property, one CRM, one week of leads. We will show you where each one went, and the record sitting behind every web lead in it. --- ## Integrations — Yardi, Entrata, RealPage and MRI. | MultiHub URL: https://www.multihub.io/integrations MultiHub connects to the PMS, CRM and reporting accounts multifamily already runs: Yardi, Entrata, RealPage and MRI in, every web lead out to your CRM. Native integrations with Entrata, Yardi RentCafe, Knock, AnyoneHome, and EliseAI, plus delivery into any CRM that accepts inbound email leads. Whichever one your team answers from, the lead gets there. Reporting accounts connect with a guided sign-in. Blocks take their settings from the property record instead of a pasted script. We connect the PMS with you during implementation, once. Floor plans, pricing, availability, amenities, office hours and photos come in from your PMS, mapped field by field and kept current every night, hourly if you want it, or on demand. Your reporting accounts come in beside them: Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta and your reputation monitoring, read into the same reports. A form, a tour request or an ad lead lands in MultiHub first, then goes out to the CRM you connect, tagged with where it came from. Facebook lead forms come in through the same door and go out with the rest. Every VibeSite ships with a library of Blocks: the chatbots, schedulers, floor-plan tools, pixels and widgets multifamily actually uses. A Block puts the vendor’s widget on your site. It does not pull that vendor’s data into MultiHub. Pick a system and see exactly what connects, in which direction, and how it is set up. Filter by what you run. New integrations ship when a customer runs something we do not connect to yet. That is how every one of them got here. Everything MultiHub holds for your portfolio can be read back out of it. Mint an API token from your profile and pull properties, leads and performance over GraphQL, limited to the scope you already have in the console. Or point your AI assistant at the MultiHub MCP and ask for it in plain words. Your implementation team connects Yardi, Entrata, RealPage or MRI with you, maps the first properties, and hands you a console where every connection shows its status, the properties it covers and the date it last ran. When a sign-in expires, the people who can fix it get told, in the console and by email. The Wren, Maple & Vine, Harbor Row The Wren, Maple & Vine Bring one property, the PMS it lives in and the CRM your team answers from. Sections: Your Repli team comes with the platform. · Implementation, done with you. · One person for the whole portfolio. · Ask from where you are. · Say it on the pageit is about. · Some answers do not need a request. · The platform has people in it. · When you need a person, there is one already. Implementation that starts with your PMS and ends with your sites live. A customer success rep assigned to your company and every property in it. Requests handled by people, from inside MultiHub, by email, or in the customer portal. And a help center, release notes and a public status page for the questions you would rather read than ask. Your implementation team gets your PMS feeding MultiHub, your properties mapped, and your first sites built with you, not for you. They stay on until those sites are live. Then they introduce the one person who stays for good: your customer success rep. Every company on MultiHub has a customer success rep assigned to it, and to every property in it. One name across the portfolio, not a different one each time you ask. Someone who knows your properties, the PMS you run, and the sites you run on them, and who is still there as the portfolio grows. Open Support in MultiHub and submit a request without leaving the console. Send it by email if that is where you already are. Or use the customer portal, where every request you have made is listed with its status. A pricing change, a new floor plan, a budget move, a tracking fix: it goes to the people who do that work, and it stays tracked until it is done. Some requests are easier to show than to describe. On a VibeSite, leave the note on the page itself: the section, the field, the photo. Your Repli team sees it exactly where you left it, makes the change, and you hear back when it is resolved. A help center with step-by-step guides for MultiHub, your integrations and your websites. Release notes that land in the console as features ship, and on a public page anyone can follow. A public status page with incident history and a subscribe link. All three are public. None of them needs a login. The people who implement your portfolio, run your campaigns and work on how your properties show up in AI answers are on the same payroll as the engineers who build MultiHub. Not a services contract on the side. Not a partner you were handed. One team, included with the platform. Read the guides, follow the release notes, watch the status page. And when you need a person, there is one assigned to you before you ask. --- ## The Vibe Off. A multifamily website theme contest. | MultiHub URL: https://www.multihub.io/vibeoff Up to 25 entrants. Submissions close at 11:59 pm Eastern on the date in your acceptance. Your theme is judged exactly as you submitted it, and you can add a two-minute walkthrough if you want to. Vote. Every submitted theme goes on public display here. One vote per person in each track. The theme with the most votes in each track takes its People's Choice award. Winners. Announced in December. The panel names first, second and third against the published criteria. People's Choice is announced the same day. March 31, 2027: the $0 implementation offer for operators new to Repli who finish the build expires. A panel of five scores every finished theme against four published criteria. Equal weight, no secret rubric. The public picks People’s Choice, one award per track. Craft. Type, color, spacing, photography, and how the theme holds together from the home page to a floor plan page. Does it look and read like the company it’s for? Operator entrants are scored on their own brand. Industry entrants are scored on the brand they invented for the concept. The structure that moves a renter from lead to tour to application: pricing and availability easy to find, a clear path to schedule a tour and apply, contact that works, accessibility that holds. Structure, never a promised outcome. Describe what you want and VibeSites codes it and ships it: on brand, accessible, and in sync with your PMS and your whole stack. During the contest you work the way every VibeSites customer works. You describe a change. VibeSites writes real code in a draft you can read. You accept it or reject it. When the contest ends, your theme goes live the same way every VibeSite does: through Repli implementation and QA, so nothing reaches a renter that a person hasn’t reviewed. Most customers have us design and build their sites, start to finish. That is the default and it always will be. The Vibe Off is for the person who wants to build it themselves. multifamily companies AI referral traffic up more than 10x year over year. AI-referral leads up 43x. Top website vendor for AI visibility. Peek AI Discovery Black Book, 2nd edition, June 2026. Over 95% deploy success. Every publish restorable. Your migration to VibeSites is our job. No design fee, no per-property implementation fee. We take on a limited number of portfolio migrations each month to keep the quality high; the calendar is booked through the end of 2026 and we are scheduling Q1 2027 now. Your customer success rep can get you on it. Want to build your own theme instead? Enter The Vibe Off. Your migration is still ours to run, and nothing you build goes live without implementation and QA. Companies in the United States, not individuals. Repli, its employees and contractors, the judges, and their immediate families cannot enter. Up to 25 entrants, accepted as applications come in, until October 9. We may accept more at our discretion. Operators build on their own brand and data. Industry entrants build on demo data we provide. Operator entrants start their PMS connection with us at acceptance. We handle the setup. If approvals run late, you build on generated data. Everyone who finishes keeps the theme they built. Submitted themes are shown on this page for People’s Choice voting. You consent to that on the application. Paid to your company, or to a donation you choose. Never to an individual. A skill contest. The panel scores against the criteria above; People’s Choice is by public vote. Decisions are final. Nothing built in the contest goes live without Repli implementation and QA. No. You describe what you want and VibeSites codes it in a draft you review. You decide what stays. Your brand, a theme that’s yours when it’s over. Changes will not apply retroactively, and material changes will take effect for existing paid subscriptions at the next renewal unless you agree earlier. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Entire agreement. These Terms, together with your Order and the policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on that subject. Order terms control over these Terms in case of conflict. Assignment. Neither party may assign these Terms without the other’s consent, except either party may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets. Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Notices. Legal notices to Repli must be sent to support@multihub.io and to Repli, Inc., 345 Peachtree Industrial Blvd., Suite 1206, Suwanee, GA 30024. Last updated: August 28, 2026 Security is built into how we run MultiHub. This page gives a high-level overview of the practices we use to keep customer data protected. If you have questions, or if your security team needs more detail for a vendor review, contact us at support@multihub.io. MultiHub runs entirely on leading cloud infrastructure; we do not operate our own physical servers or data centers. The platform runs on Google Cloud Platform, using managed, containerized services. Google Cloud maintains extensive physical and network security controls and industry certifications: Google Cloud Security Overview Google Cloud Compliance Google Cloud Trust Center Customer websites built with VibeSites are served through Cloudflare’s global edge network, which provides built-in distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) mitigation and keeps sites fast and available worldwide. Production databases run on private networks and are not exposed to the public internet. Application secrets and credentials are stored in a managed secret store, not in code, and are injected into services at deploy time. Firewalls and provider-level network controls restrict traffic between services. In transit: All data sent to or from our infrastructure is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS). At rest: Data stored in our databases and storage systems is encrypted at rest by our cloud providers using industry-standard encryption. Passwords are never stored in plain text; they are hashed and salted using bcrypt, an industry-standard algorithm. Single sign-on: Sign in with Google is supported, so your team can use your organization’s existing Google account security. Two-factor authentication: Users can enable two-factor authentication on their accounts. In addition, sign-ins from a new device or location trigger an email verification code before access is granted. Brute-force protection: Accounts are temporarily locked after repeated failed sign-in attempts. Session security: Sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies and expire automatically. MultiHub provides role-based access control at every level of your portfolio. Users are granted roles scoped to an agency, a company, or an individual property, so each person sees and manages only what their role allows. Production databases are backed up automatically every day to support recovery in the event of a disaster. Backups are encrypted at rest by our cloud providers. We monitor our infrastructure and applications continuously. Automated alerts notify our engineering team of anomalies and critical errors in real time, and we collect and retain application logs to provide an audit trail of activity. We develop against recognized security frameworks and best practices, including the OWASP Top 10. Every code change is reviewed by another engineer before release. We do not collect or store payment card information through the MultiHub platform. Billing is handled through invoicing, and payments are processed through our accounting provider’s PCI-compliant systems. Internal access to customer data follows the principle of least privilege. Access is limited to employees who need it to do their jobs, with limited exceptions for customer support performed on your behalf. All employees sign confidentiality agreements when they join Repli. Customers can request removal of their data by contacting support@multihub.io. For details on how we collect, use, and retain personal information, see our Privacy Policy. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in MultiHub, we want to hear about it. Report it to security@multihub.io with enough detail for us to reproduce the issue. We will acknowledge your report, investigate promptly, and keep you informed as we address it. We ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to remediate before public disclosure.
