MultiHub reads your Yardi property data and keeps its own copy current: floor plans, pricing, availability, amenities, office hours, photos. Each property maps its fields and collections to what Yardi sends, so a change in Yardi shows up in MultiHub and on every site and report that reads from it. Yardi stays the system of record.

Every web lead for a RentCafe property goes out to RentCafe through Yardi's own API, attributed by replaying the renter's history against the marketing sources your Yardi property already keeps, and leaving out any source you have retired.

Two Blocks: RentCafe CRM IQ, Yardi's chatbot, on the page; and the RentCafe integration Block, which ties a site to its RentCafe property for floor plan and pricing display. Both put Yardi's tools on the site. Neither brings Yardi data into MultiHub; the feed above does that.
