SUPPORT · MULTIHUB, BY REPLI
Your Repli team
comes with the platform.
Implementation that starts with your PMS and ends with your sites live. A customer success rep assigned to your company and every property in it. Requests handled by people, from inside MultiHub, by email, or in the customer portal. And a help center, release notes and a public status page for the questions you would rather read than ask.

IMPLEMENTATION
Implementation,
done with you.
Your implementation team gets your PMS feeding MultiHub, your properties mapped, and your first sites built with you, not for you. They stay on until those sites are live. Then they introduce the one person who stays for good: your customer success rep.

CUSTOMER SUCCESS
One person
for the whole portfolio.
Every company on MultiHub has a customer success rep assigned to it, and to every property in it. One name across the portfolio, not a different one each time you ask. Someone who knows your properties, the PMS you run, and the sites you run on them, and who is still there as the portfolio grows.
REQUESTS
Ask from
where you are.
Open Support in MultiHub and submit a request without leaving the console. Send it by email if that is where you already are. Or use the customer portal, where every request you have made is listed with its status. A pricing change, a new floor plan, a budget move, a tracking fix: it goes to the people who do that work, and it stays tracked until it is done.

WITHOUT ASKING
Some answers do not
need a request.
A help center with step-by-step guides for MultiHub, your integrations and your websites. Release notes that land in the console as features ship, and on a public page anyone can follow. A public status page with incident history and a subscribe link. All three are public. None of them needs a login.
YOUR REPLI TEAM
The platform has
people in it.
The people who implement your portfolio, run your campaigns and work on how your properties show up in AI answers are on the same payroll as the engineers who build MultiHub. Not a services contract on the side. Not a partner you were handed. One team, included with the platform.
When you need a person,
there is one already.
Read the guides, follow the release notes, watch the status page. And when you need a person, there is one assigned to you before you ask.
