Privacy Policy.
Effective date: August 28, 2026
Last updated: August 28, 2026
MultiHub is the property marketing platform for multifamily, built and operated by Repli, Inc. (“Repli,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Suwanee, Georgia. As used in this Privacy Policy, “MultiHub” refers to the MultiHub platform, the websites we operate at multihub.io, and the related products and services we provide, including VibeSites.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to:
Visitors to multihub.io and our other marketing websites
Customers and their authorized users who create accounts on or use the MultiHub platform
Individuals whose information we process on behalf of our customers, as described in the “Information We Process for Our Customers” section below
By using our websites or services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use our websites or services.
Two roles: when Repli is a controller and when it is a processor.
We handle personal information in two distinct capacities, and your rights differ depending on which one applies.
Repli as a business (controller). When you visit multihub.io, request a demo, sign up for the platform, or communicate with us, we decide how and why your information is used. This Privacy Policy fully applies to that information.
Repli as a service provider (processor). MultiHub powers websites, lead management, and analytics for multifamily property management companies, owners, and operators (our “Customers”). When a renter or prospect submits a lead form, calls, chats, or browses a Customer’s property or company website, that information belongs to our Customer, and we process it on their behalf and under their instructions. If you are a renter or prospect whose information was collected through a property website or leasing process, the property’s management company controls that information. Please direct privacy questions and rights requests to them; their privacy policy governs. We will support our Customers in responding to those requests.
Information we collect directly.
Information you provide to us.
Contact and account information: name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and login credentials when you request a demo, register for an account, or contact support.
Billing information: billing contact and address. We do not collect or store payment card information through the platform.
Communications: the contents of messages you send us, including support requests and feedback.
Information collected automatically.
When you visit our websites or use the platform, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
Device and browser information (browser type, operating system, device identifiers)
IP address and approximate location derived from it
Pages viewed, features used, time of visit, and referring site or search query
Log and diagnostic data
We collect this information using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. See “Cookies and similar technologies” below.
Information from connected accounts.
If you connect third-party accounts to MultiHub, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, or your property management software (PMS), we receive data from those services solely to provide the features you have enabled, such as reporting, campaign performance tracking, and keeping your website in sync with pricing and availability.
Google user data. MultiHub’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access Google user data only to provide and improve the features you request, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it or transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition as described below.
Information we process for our Customers.
When we provide services to a Customer, we may process the following on the Customer’s behalf:
Lead information: name, email address, phone number, and message contents submitted by renters and prospects through forms, calls, chats, or other channels on Customer websites.
Website visitor data: analytics about visits to Customer websites, including device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and referral source.
PMS-synced data: pricing, availability, floor plan, and related property data synced from the Customer’s property management software.
We use this information only to provide the services to that Customer, in accordance with our agreement with them, and we do not sell it or use it for our own marketing.
How we use information.
We use the information we collect to:
Provide, operate, maintain, and improve MultiHub and our services
Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and provide support
Process transactions and send related information, including invoices and confirmations
Send service, technical, and administrative communications
Send marketing communications about our products and services, which you can opt out of at any time

Cookies and similar technologies.
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and web beacons) to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand how our websites and services are used, measure the effectiveness of our marketing, and improve the product.
On Customer websites powered by MultiHub, our technology may set cookies to measure website performance and attribute leads for that Customer. The Customer determines how those technologies are used on their site.

When we share information.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:
Service providers: vendors that help us run our business, such as cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer support tools. They are contractually limited to using information only to perform services for us.
Our Customers: if your information was collected on behalf of a Customer (for example, a lead you submitted on a property website), we share it with that Customer, and their privacy policy governs their use of it.
Partners: if you were referred to MultiHub through a partner program, we may share account information with that partner to help set up and manage your account.
Legal requirements: when required to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Repli, our Customers, or others.
Business transfers: if Repli or substantially all of its assets are acquired, merged, or reorganized, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will require any successor to honor the commitments in this Privacy Policy or provide notice of changes.
Data retention.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Information we process on behalf of a Customer is retained according to our agreement with that Customer and deleted or returned when the agreement ends, subject to legal retention requirements.
How we protect information.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit using TLS, encryption at rest, access controls, and logging. For more detail, see our Security & Compliance page. No security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights.
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding personal information we control:
Access: confirm whether we process your personal information and receive a copy of it
Correction: correct inaccurate personal information
Deletion: request deletion of your personal information
Portability: receive your personal information in a portable format
Opt out: opt out of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information as “sale” is defined under applicable state privacy laws.
Non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@multihub.io with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your request using the email address associated with your information and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will review the appeal as required by applicable law. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization.
If your information was collected through a property website or leasing process, the property management company is the controller of that information. Submit your request to them directly; we will assist them in fulfilling it.
Email communications.
We may send you service and marketing emails. You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by emailing support@multihub.io. You cannot opt out of essential service communications, such as billing notices and security alerts, while you maintain an account.
Children’s privacy.
Our websites and services are business tools, are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@multihub.io and we will delete it.
International visitors.
Repli is based in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Changes to this Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the platform. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
