PERFORMANCE · MULTIHUB, BY REPLI

Know what’s working.
All of it, in one place.

Marketing reporting built into the platform, not linked out of it. Traffic, engagement, Google Business Profile, reviews, ads and search on one property record, behind one login. Reading your data wherever it lives. Yours to open, export, query, or just ask.

70M+

Renter sessions measured, last twelve months.

47M+

First-time site visitors, last twelve months.

19M+

Renter actions from Google Business Profiles, last twelve months.

15+

Live reports, one login.

Measured in MultiHub reporting, trailing twelve months.

BUILT IN

Reporting is not a link
to somewhere else.

For most of this industry, marketing reporting means a BI-tool link and someone else’s login. We rebuilt ours into the platform: its own reporting service, its own warehouse, every page verified against the numbers it replaced. Twenty-plus live datasets feed fifteen-plus reports: website traffic and engagement, Google Business Profile, reviews and reputation, your ad campaigns, your search picture. Scoped to your portfolio, your company, or a single property. Sitting beside your sites, your leads and your property record, because it is built on the same one.

Campaigns has its own page.

So does Search. The deep stories live there; the numbers live here, together.

YOUR DATA

Your accounts.
Whoever built the site.

Performance reporting reads your accounts, not just our work. Connect Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, Google Business Profile, Meta and your reputation monitoring, with guided setup and per-connector status in the console, and the reports fill in. It does not matter who built your websites or who runs your ads: if the data is yours, MultiHub will report it.

And reporting is included with MultiHub. Not a module. Not a paid add-on.

WEBSITE REPORTING

From portfolio to property
in two clicks.

Website reporting reads your portfolio the way you run it. Start with the overview: new users, sessions, engagement, events, trended over any period. Then drill: the same numbers property by property with honest totals, channel by channel, page by page, city by city. See which channels bring renters, which pages hold them, and which properties earn their traffic.

Compare any period to the one before it, or to the same period last year. Search any table. Export any table to CSV. Print any report.

HONEST NUMBERS

Built to be right, not big.

Distinct users are not additive. Sum a month of daily user counts and you count the same renter thirty times: it is the easiest mistake in analytics, and the most flattering one. MultiHub refuses it.

User counts come from dedicated distinct-user data at every grain, day, week and month. Portfolio totals are deduplicated before they are footed. And where an honest number cannot be computed, the report shows a dash instead of a flattering guess.

GBP & REVIEWS

Measured before they ever
reach your website.

Before a renter sees your website, they see your Google Business Profile: the map pin, the photos, the buttons. MultiHub reports what that listing produces: clicks to your website, calls, direction requests, and views across Google Maps and Search, for any property, trended over time.

And beside it, your reputation as a number you can manage: a score from 0 to 1,000 per property, with the signals behind it, review volume, recency, response rate, listing accuracy. A ranked table shows which properties shine and which need attention. For properties on reputation monitoring, it all lands in the same login as everything else.

API + MCP

Your data will take
questions now.

Every number on this page is also yours to pull. Generate an API token in the console and query your reporting data over GraphQL: the same datasets behind these reports, scoped to exactly what you can already see, documented in a playground with a run button. Wire it into your own BI stack if you have one.

Or skip the query language. Connect your AI assistant to the MultiHub MCP and ask in plain language: which properties gained traffic last month, which channels brought them, how this quarter compares to last. Your data was always yours. Now it answers.

See your whole picture.

Bring one property. We will open its reports in MultiHub and walk through what they say, number by number.
