KEEP WHAT YOU BUILD
Keep what you build.
The theme is yours.
Finish the build and the theme you made is yours, win or not. It goes live the way every VibeSite does: through Repli implementation and QA, on your brand, with your data.
Cash to your company.
$10,000 for first. $2,500 for second. $1,000 for third. Plus a $1,000 People’s Choice award in each track, decided by public vote. Prizes pay to your company, or to a donation you choose. Never to an individual.
$0 implementation on your first 10 properties.
For operators new to Repli. Finish the build, contract by March 31, 2027, and implementation on your first 10 properties costs $0. Your theme, built by you, live on your properties.
TWO TRACKS
Two tracks. One build window.
TRACK 1
Operator track.
For property management companies, owner-operators and owner-developers. You build on your own brand, with your own property data once we connect your PMS. You keep the theme. If you’re new to Repli, the $0 implementation offer is yours.
TRACK 2
Industry track.
For consultants, executives and creators who don’t run properties. You build a concept site on demo property data we provision. Same prizes, same panel, and a People’s Choice award of your own.
One entry per company. Up to 25 entrants.*
*we may accept more at our discretion.
HOW IT RUNS
How it runs.
Apply. By October 9.
YOU ARE HEREApplications are reviewed as they come in, and accepted entrants hear from us quickly. Up to 25 entrants.*
Get set up.
Accepted operators: we start connecting your PMS right away so your real pricing, floor plans and availability flow into what you build. We handle the setup. If your IT approvals run late, you build on generated data and we connect later.
Build.
The build window opens after applications close; your dates come with your acceptance. You start from a base theme we provision and describe what you want. VibeSites codes it in a draft you review, and you decide what stays. Kickoff session on day one, a second session mid-window, weekly office hours, and support in VibeSites threads the whole way.
Submit.
Submissions close at 11:59 pm Eastern on the date in your acceptance. Your theme is judged exactly as you submitted it, and you can add a two-minute walkthrough if you want to.
Vote.
Every submitted theme goes on public display here. One vote per person in each track. The theme with the most votes in each track takes its People's Choice award.
Winners. Announced in December.
The panel names first, second and third against the published criteria. People's Choice is announced the same day.
*we may accept more at our discretion.
March 31, 2027: the $0 implementation offer for operators new to Repli who finish the build expires.
JUDGED IN THE OPEN
Judged in
the open.
A panel of five scores every finished theme against four published criteria. Equal weight, no secret rubric. The public picks People’s Choice, one award per track.
Design.
25%
Craft. Type, color, spacing, photography, and how the theme holds together from the home page to a floor plan page.
Brand fit.
25%
Does it look and read like the company it’s for? Operator entrants are scored on their own brand. Industry entrants are scored on the brand they invented for the concept.
Conversion fundamentals.
25%
The structure that moves a renter from lead to tour to application: pricing and availability easy to find, a clear path to schedule a tour and apply, contact that works, accessibility that holds. Structure, never a promised outcome.
Use of VibeSites.
25%
How far the theme goes with what the platform does: the theme chain, the record-driven pages, reviewed AI changes, special offers and tour times drawn from the record.

People’s Choice. One award per track, so an operator is never out-voted by someone with a bigger following. Every submitted theme is shown here while voting is open. One vote per person in each track. Tallies are hidden until voting closes. A tie goes to the panel.
WHAT YOU’RE BUILDING ON
What you’re
building on.
VibeSites is the website product inside MultiHub, built AI-native from the first line of code. Describe what you want and VibeSites codes it and ships it: on brand, accessible, and in sync with your PMS and your whole stack.
During the contest you work the way every VibeSites customer works. You describe a change. VibeSites writes real code in a draft you can read. You accept it or reject it. When the contest ends, your theme goes live the same way every VibeSite does: through Repli implementation and QA, so nothing reaches a renter that a person hasn’t reviewed.

Most customers have us design and build their sites, start to finish. That is the default and it always will be. The Vibe Off is for the person who wants to build it themselves.

Repli customer?
Your migration to VibeSites is our job. No design fee, no per-property implementation fee. We take on a limited number of portfolio migrations each month to keep the quality high; the calendar is booked through the end of 2026 and we are scheduling Q1 2027 now. Your customer success rep can get you on it.
Want to build your own theme instead? Enter The Vibe Off. Your migration is still ours to run, and nothing you build goes live without implementation and QA.
THE RULES
The rules, in plain words.
Up to 25 entrants, accepted as applications come in, until October 9. We may accept more at our discretion.
Operators build on their own brand and data. Industry entrants build on demo data we provide.
Operator entrants start their PMS connection with us at acceptance. We handle the setup. If approvals run late, you build on generated data.
Everyone who finishes keeps the theme they built.
Submitted themes are shown on this page for People’s Choice voting. You consent to that on the application.
Paid to your company, or to a donation you choose. Never to an individual.
A skill contest. The panel scores against the criteria above; People’s Choice is by public vote. Decisions are final.
Nothing built in the contest goes live without Repli implementation and QA.
